I drove back from Perth recently and found this sign just near Mundrabilla.
Even out in the middle of the country they've heard about Bart.

I went to Perth for Xmas to see my family.  We had a small Xmas day lunch
at my brother's house and I thought I'd get some video of Mum and me.
She's about to turn 92 and she's finding it hard to remember things.  One of those
things is...who I am!   It's fair enough,  I'm forgetful now!
She had 3 sons,  David,  Stephen and Jonathan.
I thought you'd like to see Paula Odlum with her youngest son Jonathan Odlum. (that's me)
 
 

Each year at this time Ayers House Function Centre in North Terrace has weddings and functions in a huge Marquee on their lawn.  Every Thursday about 8 or 10 guys arrive with 2 trucks and begin erecting this structure.  The functions happen on Friday and Saturday night and then on Sunday the lads arrive and take the whole thing down again!  Last year I set up my video camera on my balcony and filmed them working and made a time lapse film of it.  I sent the company a copy on dvd so they could see themselves working.
They're extremely good at it.

The new Fiveaa website is up and running.  This is the photo that was chosen for the breakfast team.  Everyone agreed it was the best one,  (including Jane Doyle) but now management in its infinite wisdom has decided that you can't handle such a photo so they've used one that isn't as good.  Very strange behaviour from people who are supposed to understand audiences.
I'm sure they think that if you gaze upon this filthy disgusting image you'll break out in some sort of terrible rash. 
Well perhaps they're right,  they're very clever.

So I had a gathering at my apartment and invited KG Cunningham to
join us.  I'm happy to say hed did and seemed to have a fairly good time.
